The agent is liable to
1: Dial-in Customer
2: Speak with customers, have excellent communication skills.
3: Tell them about our services
4:Develop their interest
5:Daily Report to Supervisor
6: Strong Communication skills
7:Candidates with call center and sales backgrounds will be given priority
8:Software and marketing services experience preferable
