Olympia Group is currently recruiting for an Accounts Officer with excellent English communication skills and relevant qualification in Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle Accounts Payables and Receivables.
Reconcile accounts / prepare Bank reconciliations.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Monthly Stock & Stores count on Site.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report.
Any other task assigned by the Management of the company.

We have also been exporting to UAE, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
