Responsibilities:
- Prepares budget of human resource operations.
- Compensation & Benefits – Conduct HR Surveys within and outside the industry in order to have competitive market based compensation.
- Conducts salary surveys within market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Scheduling and conducting job evaluation.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Imparting professional & technical knowledge by preparing and conducting training.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
