To handle troubleshooting work of computer hardware and ensure safe use of computers
To assist Network Administrator and Sr. Manager Networks in getting rid of overall Computer related Trouble.
Ensure preparation of the Hardware troubleshooting and Attendance Software documents, books and statements effectively on timely basis.
Maintain hardware input, processing and output controls or devices effectively.
Helps in troubleshooting network problems.
Helps in troubleshooting computer problems and laying network cables.
To receive delivery from the vendors and ensure proper delivery is made.
To prepare records for the daily receipts and issue of hardware during the day.
To ensure the computers of organization’s department are maintained in accordance with standards and principles as defined.
Ensure safe custody of all devices of department records.
To maintain files and records relevant to Information Technology Department.
Create active liaison with procurement, marketing administration and finance departments to receive documents and information relevant for financial accounting functions.
