Application Support Officer - DHA Karachi (Full Time) Responding to application problems that occur during day-to-day business and require immediate solutions, Extraordinary customer service and relationship management mind-set required;

Job Responsibilities;

  • Providing Level-1 support to end-users when required
  • Ability to explain ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
  • Maintaining and updating log reports, technical documents and procedures
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Experience of Oracle SQL / Oracle Database is plus Fresh / 2 Years

Education: BCS/BSCS/MCS Computing Studies BBA / MBA /Business Administration
