Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bidding and sales team working on content writing, creative writing, and business writing projects on Upwork, and securing new business for our company. Experience in UPwork is must

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant writing projects on Upwork
Build and maintain relationships with clients on Upwork
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Write compelling proposals and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Negotiate project terms and pricing with clients
Ensure project requirements are clear and properly communicated to the writing team
Collaborate with the writing team to deliver high-quality content to clients
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a content writing, creative writing, and business writing bidder on Upwork or other freelancing platforms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Familiarity with content writing and SEO best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
