We at One Network Private Limited are seeking Deputy Manager (DM) for our Zone team. The Deputy Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations of projects, divisions, departments, or operating units within an organization. One Network Private Limited has four Zones, each zone has motorway projects. The Zone Manager is the head of all projects in his Zone and the Deputy Manager (DM) will Lead specific projects and will be reporting to Zone Manager.
The Deputy Manager is expected to possess the skills to handle the Networks, Power, and Systems related skills and experience for our motorways projects.DM will be managing a team of 70-80 approximately, therefore leadership and management skills are key requirements for this position. Good communication, analytical, and liaison skills will be required to work efficiently in the zone.
Job Expectations:
1. Being overall in-chargee of equipment installed at his respective motorway/section, his core responsibility is to ensure that all equipment related to ETC, AVC, WIM, and ITS remains operational.
2. Able to maintain coordination with the Network team and HQ for smooth functioning of the ITS / ETC system.
3. Able to mobilize the Mobile Repairing Team (MRT) for timely resolving the Faults related to the installed system.
4. Has the knowledge and experience to make Video Wall, NVR, and Network at the control center.
5. Able to extract and analyze various different reports related to ITS, Network, System, Power, and Traffic behaviors, i.e. E-Tag, NEP, Cash, AVC/Conflict dashboard, Plaza dashboard, LAN status, E-tag status, and Barrier status report.
6. Able to report to the Zonal Manager and timely generate occurrence about the issues highlighted, make equipment arrangements for the new deployment of entry/exit lanes, WIM, ITS, VMS at respective motorways.
7. Able to analyze the ledger of the store and to make sure that 10% of spares are readily available at the section's store.
8. Able to highlights and resolve issues of his team. Such as AMs, JMs, Plaza technicians, Store staff, MRT and Rigger.
9. Conduct relevant system training at section level for newcomers.
10. Able to make a project plan for new installation.
11. Make project reports, presentations, and briefs.
12. Coordination with other cells of department i.e., Networks, Power, Procurement, Inventory, Business Development, HR, O&M, and external bodies e.g., NHA, and NHMP.
Job Specifications:
1. Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication & Networking.
- Relevant experience of 5- 7 years.
2. Technical Skills Requirements:
The candidate shall have:
Experience related to Network:
1. Configuration of routers, network switches, power beams, and air stations.
2. Deployment of optical fiber and configuration of the microwave links.
3. Certifications in CCNA, CCNP, Huawei Switches, and Routers.
Experience related to Power:
1. Hands-on experience related to working on the solar inverter, central UPS system, and Earthing.
2. Must be aware of international standard requirements of IT system i.e., earthing values, phase/load distribution, generator frequencies.
3. Hands-on experience in designing and implementation of Hybrid / ON /OFF grid solar systems.
4. Must be aware of ACS, fire Alarm, cooling the system, solar, and power (3p,2p, Earthing) system for the data center.
Experience related to system:
1. For competency in the ETC system, he must know about the working of IP Cameras / CCTV Cameras, The computer system, RFID readers, Biometric machine, VMS, SMD, WIM and QR scanner, Switches, and signal lights.
2. For competency in ITS, he must have skills to work on PTZ cameras, static cameras, ERT phones, network P-2-P links, and Barrier inside machines installed at toll booths.
3. Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Meraki (Network Device).
