Operational Assistant

Operational Assistant to Chief Operating Officer Required!We are looking for a competent Operational Assistant to the COO who will be solely responsible for providing comprehensive support to the COO.

The candidate should be able to manage schedules, compile reports, coordinate high-level meetings, and manage communication.

The respective candidate will be responsible for harmonization & proficiency at all levels on behalf of the COO.

The Operational Assistant is expected to have at least the following technical competencies

• Certification related to a secretarial role, professional writing, presentation, filing, and documentation

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support role with a bachelors degree in business administration (IT).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Gmail, Google Forms, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Task Management Applications (Clickup).
