We are looking for a responsible Branch Manager to help organize and fill in for the Team Leader when needed. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the marketing team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction including look after all recoveries.
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain refund clients
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Handle complaints from customers
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data, like recovery and refunds
- Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guideline.
