Work closely cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are moving in the right direction and with collaborate with clients to achieve their project goals

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Managing projects, managing products, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Think strategically and seek data-driven truths about users and the product
Excel at tackling complex business process problems and conceptualizing solutions where there currently is either no software or bad software
Enjoy working with others to determine the minimum viable requirements for a feature
Validate assumptions by gathering qualitative and quantitative data
Define configuration specifications and project requirements
Convert the requirements into functional requirements
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Adeptly manage and balance multiple projects with competing priorities

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor/Master in Computer Science
5+ years of proven experience in IT Companies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience in project management, preferably in a software or digital agency setting.
International communications are required so candidates must have Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong working knowledge of relevant IT Management tools, such as Confluence, JIRA, Asana etc.
Time management, leadership and organizational skills
