Responsibilities:

  • Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets
  • Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Liaise with a designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate leads, with a close eye on ROI.
  • Develop effective display campaigns, including banner ads, social media, and retargeting.
  • Plan SEM programs for keyword discovery, keyword expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis.
  • Research and analyze competitor SEM campaigns
  • Manage A/B testing, including ad copy and landing page optimization to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social buzz regarding new product launches
  • Facilitate company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Understand and believe in realme's Vision
  • Possesses knowledge and 1-2 years of experience in relevant marketing practices.
  • A marketing degree, Preferably BBA or MBA
  • Certifications will be a plus
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Maintains good writing skills in English
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio, and video format.
  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
