Responsibilities:

  • According to the agency and market characteristics, build a grading system for trainers and promote the implementation.
  • The grading system includes the agent’s regional personnel-effectiveness ratio and the whole process of talent recruitment and retention, and matches the corresponding empowerment system;
  • Through actual combat and effective trainer grading system, stimulate the agent training team's combat effectiveness and assist agent training.
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines

Skills:

  • Excel strong, PPT strong
  • Have HRBP experience in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices
  • Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial position
