Job Description:

1- Conduct Training Seminars

2- Sales Courses Development

3- Development of Onboarding Program for New Trainers

4- Research on New Teaching Methods

5- Internal & External Retail Team Training Execution

6- Trainers Performance Evaluation & Future Developments

Requirement:

1- Must Have Presentation Skills

2- Team Management & Allocation

3- Team Quality & Responsibilities

4- Team Assessment and Rewards

5- Well Aware Of Sales Appreciation Strategies 

6- Market Check  1 Year Experience in Retail Sales will be preferable.
