Orient Group is looking for Deputy Manager HR having 7 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing industry for one of its new ventures.

Major Responsibilities will include

  • Developing, organizing and continuous improvement in all HR related areas ranging from HR Policies and Procedures, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal & Performance Management.
  • To manage Recruitment & Selection Process.
  • To conduct Trainings & Orientations.
  • To ensure timely execution of Monthly Payroll processing and handle all the relevant matters.
  • To get financial and non-financial approvals from higher management.
  • To coordinate in the development of new programes in SAP (Wage type creation, new reports creation etc).
  • To Coordinate with SAP HCM Functional consultant for time to time changes / configuration in system.
  • To generate different reports for top management to facilitate decision making process.
  • To coordinate with other departments i.e. Finance, Taxation, SAP and Audit to handle financial and non-financial queries.

The Beginning of OGC: Orient appeared on the horizons of trading business of Pakistan in 1957.
