To enhance customer relationships by delivering World Class Service maintaining and improving service levels to all customers and dealing with all enquiries promptly and in a courteous manner.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on delivering World Class Services to Sales Force.
  • Process orders in a fast and accurate manner.
  • Handling Customer complaints and queries in a courteous manner
  • Always deal customers with Greetings and positive body language personally or over phone.
  • Vocal expressions are professional all the time
  • Well groomed all the time
  • Observe punctuality and discipline as communicated by Supervisor.
  • Ensure all defined SOP’s are being followed religiously.
