We have a dedicated team working and providing valuable online services to our precious clients.

Requirements:

Qualification: HSC/ Graduate
Excellent communication required
Good Communication & confidence
Experience candidate
Verifying sales calls after completing the call from the sales representative.
Interacting with the customers about the sales information given by the sales Representative.
Identifying when the customer is the right party or third party who is interacting with the Sales representative.
Approving or rejecting the sales calls after verifying with certain details with the Customers and tracking the same.
If rejected, sharing the feedback to the respective sales managers.
Attending meetings with Quality assurance team and sharing the new updates to Sales teams.
Monitoring the calls and sharing feedback to the sales representative.
