Major Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Cisco Collaboration applications in a hosted environment ( UC as a Service) including:
Communications Manager
Unity Connection
IM and Presence + Jabber
Unified Contact Center Express
Cisco Expressway / Webex MeetingPlace
Cisco Voice Gateways utilizing SIP , SRST
Troubleshoot complex collaboration environments

Skills

Extensive experience implementing, designing and supporting technologies across the Cisco Unified Communication portfolio
(CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Expressway, Cisco VCS, MCU, MRA, Telepresence, WebEx, and various IP and Video endpoints)
Must have experience with deploying Local Breakout with SRST.
Experience with CUBE Enterprise is a must (CUBE –SP is a Plus)
Knowledge of Cisco HCS architecture and mediation tools
CCNP (Collaboration / Voice) required (CCIE preferred )
Experience with Contact Center Express scripting
Experience with the support of Emergency Responder
Experience with supporting third-party applications such as Syn-Apps, Xmedius and Informcast is a plus
Experience with VMware, OVA for UC Applications deployments
Network experience with routing, switching, QoS, network analysis and troubleshooting. Excellent Communication Skills is a plus.
