- The incumbent will be responsible for overall purchasing activities.
- He should be well verse with the trends of purchasing raw materials especially relevant to confectionery / bakery items also including trade item and replacements follow by their delivery to all branches.
- Strong interpersonal skill to deal with new and existing parties to get better rates and best materials.
- Gathering certificates of analysis and halal & food grade certificates from all parties for ISO certifications.
