- Follow up of Letter of credits & necessary correspondence with Bank & Customers regarding payment issues
- Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensures business needs are met.
- Sending goods production schedule to mills for timely dispatches of goods to customers.
- Sending dispatches programs for exactly ex mill & getting target vessels.
- Create, manage and achieve the overall logistics and customer service department budgets.
- Accomplishing customer targets by doing timely & efficiently exports via Sea/Land/Air.
- Coordination with Nomination agents for smooth shipments.
- Review global, national, regional transportation or logistics reports for way to improve efficiency of minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities.
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
- Issuance of Sales contract
- Preparation of Custom documents in ERP -Invoices/Packing Lists/Export Forms
- Coordinating with shipping line for Bill of lading
- Preparation of Commercial export documents
