We are looking for Sales Team Lead (Inbound) with at least 3 to 4 years of experience dealing with USA & UK client based. 

JOB Responsibilities. 

  • Making your own Sales and Hire New team members.
  • Ensure the smooth / effective customer handling by Customer Services Staff 
  • Floor Management (Smooth Customer Flow) 
  • Innovative ideas to keeps increasing recurring income.
  • Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through high quality product delivery.
  • Take accurate measures against feedback from customer service 
  • Makes sure the client is educated not to expect any free work as it is a cost to company
  • Sets tough targets on Leads convert to sale for team members, when not achieved, checks it on weekly and monthly basis
  • Hire new people, Train them, Builds team.
  • To ensure proper administration and discipline in Customer Service Center
  • Responsible for high motivational level of the staff within the subunit 
  • Conduct regular meeting with team to discuss operational issues provide performance feedback 
  • Daily huddles to keep CSC updated with changes.
  • Keeps the CRM up to date with daily leads ( valid or invalid – this is information company is spending money on).
  • Group meeting upon a sale is being finalized to make sure the understanding amongst involved departments is optimal.
  • Do not keep a resource more than 2 to 3 weeks after hiring if he / she is no good. You can easily judge it in the first couple of days. 
  • Listens to frontiers calls, analysis and guides his team on daily basis
