To conduct inventory reserve analyses on monthly, quarterly annual basis.
To classify costs accurately.
To generate reports and analyze findings.
To establish standard costs and update them as appropriate.
To wastage control of the fabric.
To cost reduction with their planning.
To oversee production planning & management activities
To develop production plan & timelines according to production specification
To determine production requirements based on industry capacity
To plan work flow & schedules for production departments
To monitor production status & ensure timely delivery
To do continuous improvement
To do process improvement
To determine the sequence of operations for continuous production
To identify delays & accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines
To evaluate production processes & recommend improvements
To keep track of production schedules
To determine, materials & manpower required to complete the production cycle to meet the deadline.
To resolve production issues to management promptly ( orders management system) handling. Emails correspondence, costing, reporting
