Complete knowledge of implementation of IE/ Time study/ motion study/ lean manufacturing concepts.
Design and implementation of SOP, plans for operating system that bring value to the organization
To study manufacturing systems & procedures and amend as and when needed to bring or improve efficiency.
Responsible to estimate resource requirement on the bases of production forecast.
To analyze date and prepare reports to update management about the actual trend of the performance or productivity of various manufacturing sections.
Review the daily performance of production and maintenance departments and highlight the causes of failures so that the concerned departments can solve the actual problem by taking immediate corrective actions
Calculations, Line Balancing, Manpower Allocation, Efficiency / Target Monitoring, Process & Method Improvements, Workflows / Layouts, Product Design and cost analysis.
Perform risk assessments
Perform process simulations
Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
