Sabre Expert atleast 3 years experience. We are looking for a detailed oriented person with good English reading & writing skills

He/She will be responsible for Air ticket booking (Domestic and International).
He/She must have prior knowledge of GDS Ticketing systems and software.
Knowledge of computer, MS Office, Online Booking Websites.
Prior Knowledge of Hotel Bookings Software
Assisting and advising customers with their Air Ticketing who may be choosing from a variety of Airlines.
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
To maintain a good relationship with Airlines and our vendors in order to smoothly run the Air Ticketing Operations.
To develop successfully plan and execute the group ticketing services, dedicated for our Umrah pilgrimage operation
Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Selling and promoting reservation services.
Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
