Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Responsible to maintain the record for Student fees
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits
Track bank deposits ,payments and fees vouchers .
Maintain the fees record -(Outstanding and submitted )
Review and implement financial policies
Assisting in the preparation of budgets
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Providing facilitation to students
Resolve financial disputes raised by the students
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
