We are a small to medium-sized company. We export Minerals after mining/buying them from mines.
We sell via different B2B modes and some old traditional methods as well.
We need a candidate who wants to be a part of something bigger rather than a casual 9-5 routine work.
One who is confident and smart in making decisions and keen to learn new things and develop new methods.
The candidate must have management capabilities and shall definitely know not only how to work himself/herself, but to make others work as well.
The candidate must be willing to learn and work with us in the long run.
Because since the company is growing, the employees will also naturally grow.
And the position of General Manager will be open in a few months' time, for which the company will choose from one of its current employees.
The current Job can be best described as B2B Marketing, previous sales maintenance, and after-sales services.
Other than that it involves costing, data research and data mantainance as well.
Other than that, your promotions will base on your willingness and capabilities.
