Job responsibilities will be:
- Must welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, receives incoming phone calls while providing basic information needed
- Receive & sort daily mail/deliveries/courier
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copies, collating, email etc

- Professional appearance
- Strong verbal communication both in English & Urdu, both written & verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organise, multitasking, prioritise & work under pressure
