What you will do:
As a Marketing Executive you will combine strategic thinking with marketing skills to support the growth and success of PaySa
The job responsibilities may include:
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Managing and improving the brand image of PaySa.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote company products and services while increasing brand awareness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing and sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Identifying new business opportunities and making recommendations for product or service improvements.
- Participate in the development of long-term strategic plans and annual business plans.
- Staying up-to-date with marketing and advertising best practices, and incorporating these into the organization's marketing efforts.
What you will need:
- Minimum Bachelors in business, marketing or related fields.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for strategy.
- You have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Tech savvy and previously worked with marketing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma etc
- Good presentation skills and presentable approach.
