Responsibilities:

Ensure timely rollout of websites, eShots and Online solutions.
Distribute tasks within the team and ensure on-time delivery
Source and distribute all digital project-related assets (graphics/documentation/source files etc.) from/to internal departments and external vendors, making sure these are archived and named correctly.
Communicate directly with the client throughout the lifecycle of the project
Ensure quality
Employ project management tool and ensure its updated
Create monthly account overview reports
Establish and maintain team's balance, work culture and morale.
Assist higher management in financial reports for the undertaken account.

Essentials:

Ability to communicate, both verbal and written.
Understanding of digital production, especially web.
Working knowledge of Software life cycle and Agile process.
A focus on service delivery and on product and process improvements.
Emphasis on planning, documenting and delivery of projects.
High level of organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage relationships professionally and effectively.
Must be fluent in English.
