Candidate must have over 4-5 years experience of developing, designing and leading web & mobile solutions Also atleast 1-2 years of experience as Team lead or Project Manager. Other required traits of the desired candidate are as below.
- Ability to translate descriptive requirement briefs into standard business requriement documents.
- Experience designing software solutions, undertaking R&D and proposing right technical solutions based on suitable technology stack matching business requirements as well as budget and other constraints.
- Experience developing and designing web and mobile applications himself.
- Experience in work order estimations based on functional points breakdown along with dependent scoping assumptions and limitation for client business requirements.
- Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, task planning and providing clarity on critical-path tasks.
- Communicate with clients in a thoughtful and impactful manner that helps foster strong relationships.
- Serve as the internal central point of communication around project status, timelines, and risks.
- Use Agile/SCRUM or standard software development processes providing IT solutions, offsite and onsite development.
- Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have the ability to tailor them according to the project needs.
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Define, document, and implement project management and engineering best practices and process improvements.
- Motivate team members to action; identify common themes, make inferences and draw conclusions.
- Create a sense of belonging and ownership among team members; assemble a team with the right mix of skills; coach and motivate team members; delegate responsibility; promote mutual support and interaction.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with management.
