- Handling all corporate compliance procedures for the company including compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, Pakistan Stock Exchange rules and regulations, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s rules and regulations
- Advising on internal legal matters of the company including company’s meetings, contractual obligations, software certifications, employment laws, privacy policies, related party transactions, listing procedures, financing schemes, stock option schemes
- · Drafting and reviewing various agreements including, project agreements, construction agreements, joint ventures, distribution agreements, lease and rental agreements, employment agreements, band collaboration agreement, share purchase agreements, acquisition agreements, sale agreements, service contracts, business collaboration agreements, memorandum of understandings trust deeds, partnership deeds, novation agreements, close out agreements, shareholders' agreements and digital marketing agreements
- Company and corporate compliance procedures including company compliance regimes in accordance with the applicable Pakistani Companies Act, 2017 and procedural rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and Pakistan Stock Exchange. holding of general meetings, listing regulations, equity issuance procedures and securities law (including asset management), company incorporation, drafting and preparation of memorandum and articles of association
