 Provision of daily, weekly and monthly reports of all HSE related issues and activities including HSE documentation and risk assessments,
 Generate Accident/Incident Reports and Corrective Actions
 Maintain and track safety files, training files, certifications and all licenses.
 Propose implement and monitor measures necessary to comply with Health, and Safety related Legislation and Codes of Practice.
 Responsible for the overall process of provision of Personal Protective Equipment required for various jobs in daily business operations.
 Responsible for all third party HSE inspections.
 Maintain record of all medical injuries and recommendations to avoid future incident
 Assistance in implementing HSE management systems and programs and assist in advising staff on relevant HSE information.
 Assistance in conducting Safety awareness programs and in coordinating first-aid training.
 Assist HSE Manager in conducting Toolbox Meetings.
 Representation of company with local and national EHS bodies.
 Conduct weekly HSE meeting with Emergency Response team.
 HSE Budget optimization with cost effective solutions.
 Hazard identification and Risk assessment and control measures for process safety management. 

˜Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations (HIRA)
ïƒ Focusing on prevention by keeping up production and maintenance equipment and processes to make sure they are safe ï
ƒ˜ Inform Plant Manager for any unsafe process and damaged equipment
 Presenting safety principles to ASL staff in meetings or training sessions ï
ƒ˜ To make purchase requisition of any new safety item required
 Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques ï
ƒ˜ Creating safety plans with contractors that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure ï
ƒ˜ To assist HSE Manager in Budget Management for operational and capital expenditure of HSE items
 Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with HSE Manager to create consistency in safety standards throughout the Plant
 Meeting company health and safety goals and to meet health & safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
 Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the plant site
 Liaising with both internal and external auditors for the compliance of health & safety
 Liaising with law enforcement and other investigators who are present at the time of a serious accident
 Finding the best way to prevent future accidents and reduce LTI (Lost Time Injury) Frequency rate as possible
 Reviewing and reporting to HSE Manager on the plant employees compliance with health and safety rules

➢ To plan the shop floor activities and production as per plant specs and to get the optimum productivity
➢ To ensure smooth and safe operation of the plant in consultation with the supervisor ➢ To ensure the availability of required resources/consumables for smooth operation
➢ To ensure that consumption of consumables and raw materials are within defined budgets/heads
➢ Daily review the important parameters of critical equipment like guides, rollers etc.
➢ To coordinate with maintenance department for plant preventive maintenance, proactive and Shutdown maintenance plans
➢ To ensure that the product quality must meet the customer requirements and the Standards
