Monitor day-to-day activities; conduct regular inspections on activities to ensure that the work environment is protected in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance on Buyer\'s COC (ZARA, INDITEX, KROGER, IC’s Environment)Assist in Third Party Audits (GOTS, GRS, Made in Green, SEDEX)Monitoring monthly resources consumption (Electricity, Diesel, Natural Gas, Water), GHG emissions and develop Continual Improvement Plan to reduce carbon footprints.Prepare presentations, and provide trainings related to Environment, Health & Safety.Conduct Risk Assessments for the facility on the biannual basis.Arrange Environmental Testing for the facility from third party as per legal requirement.To monitoring activities of routine and non-routine jobs and manage team.PTW (Permit to work) system, and inspections and PPEs usage.Implementation of company policy, System Operating Procedures and procedure reviews.Preparation of local and Global buyer visit, audit / inspection and certification audits.Perform Incident investigation/Root cause analysis

Inspections of all workplaces identification of hazards, unsafe conditions and acts and take up matter with concerns and took follow-up to till rectification.
Ensure PPE compliance are carried out by everyone working in their operations.
Conduct HSE induction and Basic Fire and Safety session for staff.
Inspect and maintain record of Fire Fighting Equipment and First Aid Kit of all workplace.
Facilitate HSE staff conduct Ramp Safety Audit.
Facilitate Emergency Response Team to conduct Emergency Evacuation Drill and Fire Fighting Drill and check its effectiveness
Participate in Incident investigation.
