The difference in the working environment of various industries is not a big deal for an experienced person. The actual problem is running the department under a substandard stores accounting procedure that leads to severe consequences & subsequent heavy financial losses. Following are some examples of substandard systems.
“ Improper fixation of stock levels resulting in Stockouts & Over Stocking - improper coding – Substandard documents - Poor House Keeping – Ignoring F.I.F.O - Poor & Improper handling of material received at Stores – Ignoring rejected material – unaccounted for Material – Disposal of Dead, Surplus and Obsolete Stocks – Wastage & Losses – Issue of Material on Chits and Telephonic Calls – Insufficient Security and Safety of material – Lack of coordination – Staff with average knowledge.”
To deal with the problems mentioned above, I am equipped with a solid background in inventory management and SAP ERP systems. I firmly believe in team building. I aim to continuously enhance my capabilities, utilize the best inventory practices, and pursue implementation among staff.

Roles:1) Head of Stores2) Internal auditor ISO 9001:2015Cherat Packaging Limited (CPL) is the largest producer and supplier of packaging material to the cement industry in Pakistan. With the addition of the polypropylene bag plant in 2011, CPL\'s annual production capacity reached 265 million paper bags and 195 million polypropylene (PP) bags. CPL launched another project of Flexible packaging in 2017. CPL will become the first company in Pakistan to come up with the extrusion, Roto/Flexo printers, and cylinder-making machines all at the same time. I joined the company in 2009 as Sr. Stores Officer. Besides running & organizing the Stores department, I trained the staff on every aspect of inventory control. We have done numerous projects with passion, enthusiasm, and teamwork (Alhamdulillah). We also ensured compliance with HSE policies & ISO Standards.
