Style Textile is the third textile arrangements for the import of world-class garments in pakistan. I worked in the cutting department and started managing a team of about 40 members. It was an exploration of team management which helped me by improving mainly my managerial skills including time and people management apart from data analysis and production analysis before the implementation of innovative ideas in production sites.

Blood donations for poor and needy patients require attention in rural areas of Pakistan as uneducated donors are so sensitive and unwilling when asked for blood.
I joined Namal Blood Bank as a member and started convincing our college students for Blood donation by presenting all the importance to them.
Then in the next year, for the purpose of the convincing process of students of other local colleges, I was provided with the responsibilities of expanding the blood donation drive over the region as an Outreach manager. And I did well by training my team for the future as well,
