 Costing of Different Academic Courses, Workshops, and Seminars etc.

 Supervise overall accounting operations including payables, receivables, banking, Inventory, cash management & monthly reconciliations
 Prepare & present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (Statement of financial position, Income Statement and cash flows statement) for management, Brooke UK, income tax departments and auditors as required
 Prepare monthly payroll of dependent staff and ensure correctness in light of inputs from HRD
 Handling of tax matters & online submission of monthly income tax, withholding tax and annual income tax returns
 Assist centre managers in preparation of activity based annual budget
 Interact proactively with SRSO finance & account staff and the field teams/DM to coordinate and ensure smooth flow of financial information through SAP business one from CMVCs to CFO
 Liaison with banks, suppliers, and service providers to double check transactions.
 Provide coaching and training to accounts staff, especially in SAP business one functionality

 Reporting and monitoring of subsidiaries\' statutory accounts
 Preparation of detailed Annual Sales Budget for subsidiaries
 Devising and allocating Group overheads to subsidiaries on monthly basis
 Variance analysis of Actual and Budgeted overheads
 Analyzing Debtor Days and Stock turnover days & other ratios as per requirement
 Reviewing Capital budget. Analyze & report on differences between expected spending & actual.
 To facilitate and complete month end closing procedures.
 Preparation of Payment Projection Report For Payables
 Fixed Assets’ reviewing, classifying, recording additions and deletions
