Responsible for developing weekly and monthly financial reports showing analysis of the financial accounts. Identifying and recommending modifications to existing procedures or the production of new systems to improve efficiency.

 Responsible for financial account including account receivables, account payables, income and expenses.
 Responsible for Managing the accounts receivables for 40 to 50 client’s including authorized dealers, corporate clients, total banking sector, Metro Habib cash & carry Pakistan and Carrefour.
 Deal the Complete Vendor evaluation process from clients to be registered in that clients.
 And also deal the complete process of customer’s evaluation.
 Review and audit of financial transactions related to buyers and suppliers.
 Pre-audit of every purchase order from any company’s clients against approved credit limit and credit period and prices lists before entertaining the order.3
 Debtor and Creditor reconciliations and resolve the issues.
 Chasing outstanding customer accounts.
 Through E mail share the overdue and outstanding balance with the clients.
 Review the day-to-day invoices.
 Producing the reports for analysis.
 Arrange the tax deduction certificates from clients.
 Assisting in filing of Tax returns & VAT returns.
 Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
 Evaluate and apply internal controls to achieve accurate and efficient accounting systems and compliance with company, professional, and government accounting practices.
 Make the Correction in parties’ ledgers through reconciliation.
 Protect the company and client’s value by keeping information confidential.
 Develop working papers evidencing performance of all audit work.
 Assist the Lead Auditor in planning and managing audit mandates, including documentation of work performed, management of costs and time for the mandates.
