Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement program strategies and work plans to ensure the successful implementation of cash distribution initiatives targeting vulnerable women.

2. Coordinate GBV case management activities, including survivor support services, community sensitization, and referral mechanisms.

3. Provide technical guidance and supervision to WASH components, including water supply, sanitation facilities, and hygiene promotion activities.

4..Conduct regular assessments, monitoring, and evaluation of program activities to track progress, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions.

5. Build and maintain effective partnerships with relevant government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance program coordination and sustainability.

6. Prepare timely and accurate program reports, documentation, and communications materials for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Ensure compliance with donor requirements, project timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Provide capacity building support to project staff, partners, and community members on relevant programmatic areas.

8. Stay updated on best practices, innovations, and trends in cash-based interventions, GBV prevention and response, and WASH programming.

* Apply and adhere to guiding principles of working with survivors and children at risk, including respect, dignity, security, and confidentiality at all times.
* Responsible for making ‘Best Interest Principle’ the center of all interventions.
* Ensure mapping of service providers including government departments and civil society organizations to support CPO in establishing district-based Referral Mechanism.
* Using a client centered approach, work together with survivors or children at risk to establish action plans based on the needs identified and ensure adequate safety plans exist for the clients.
* Accompany the child and the family to the other services if necessary and/or is important.
* Ensure appropriate case management for children including survivors or children at risk.
* Ensure proper use of referral pathways in the field and assist the children and their families to access legal, educational, health, vocational and other services.
* Regularly liaise with the CPO for support and case conferencing together with the Child Protection Coordinator.
* Document cases according to IRC standards and maintain all records in a secure and confidential way.
* Promote awareness among the communities around key child protection issues their monitoring and referral/case management processes.
* Liaise with other service providers to strengthen referral mechanism and always ensure safe and smooth referrals.
* Participate in the meetings to share regular updates e.g., number of cases and major categories.

Job Description

Supervise, monitor and guide the field teams on Nutrition, Health, BCC, IYCF activities.
Develop the SBCC and community awareness sessions and activities as per context and implement the strategy in community.
Conduct debriefing meetings with partners on regular basis.


Coordinate with district authorities for finalization of the health facilities for strengthening and rehabilitation.
Review the progress of the project together with project manager and partners on regular basis.
To prepare briefings on progress with consultation of government bodies at district level.
Record issue, challenges and lesson learns of the project.
Develop picture gallery of project activities and share to communication department.
Support in development of project case/success stories.
To organize the training events for field staff
Take lead for planning and implementation of the capacity building events for the Community Health Workers as per training manual.
On job coaching of project staff and community health workers
Maintain close liaison with PPHI and Department of Health to carter the clients that are referred by CHWs to the facilities managed by PPHI and Department of Health.
Management, planning, designing, implementation, monitoring, quality assurance and compliance with the protocols of nutrition interventions.
Provide support to District Project Officer for preparation of weekly, monthly and annual work plans and also generate reports accordingly.

*Responsible as a focal person for all activities in District Hyderabad.* Identify Training needs of Women Leadership Groups*Organize and Conducts orientations Sessions.* Coordinate with district level NADRA and ECP offices for CNIC and voter registration* Community Sessions at District Level changing patriarchal mindset* Facilitate to WLGs in Organizing Consultation Meetings with Politician ,Media Elected representatives NADRA, ECP local Government and other stakeholder.

• Implement the project with Collaboration with Directorate of NFE, Sindh Education and Literacy Department (SELD) and District Education Offices. • Identify and select the best possible sites for establishing NFE centers • Collaborate, motivate and support the local community members in establishing and operating the NFE centers • Assist in identifying and hiring potential Learning Facilitators (LFs) for each NFE center • 

 * Responsible for all stock management and stock reconciliation system
* Make a weekly report of good’s movement in/out of the stock. 
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. 

Establishment of a referral system to provide access to SRH services at Health Facility level and develop a linkage with other NGOs are working on SRH & GBV

• Programmatic interventions to increase the number of clients for provision of quality SRH services through trained staff in best equipped health facilities in the districts.

• Programmatic interventions to address the demeanour of Health care providers in provision of SRH/GBV services.
Plan, develop and undertake need based capacity building trainings of Lady health workers on CLIP interventions.
Plan, coordinate and supervise the implementation activities at community and facility level as per approved standards.

Followup on LHWs visit and given data on Tablets. 
To conduct regular monitoring to the locations where programme activities are being implemented on the ground and document process and programme monitoring.
To collect and catalogue relevant case studies, photographs and captions from the field.
