Responsibilities:>Review of Fresh/Existing Business Credit Proposals in terms of Risk assessment originated from the branches for Corporate/Commercial Sectors by analyzing Credit data, Financial Statements Analysis, Financial Ratios, Limit Structuring & ensure completeness of supporting documents and compliance with Banks & Regulatory requirements.>Undertakes detailed analysis of proposals by strictly adhering to principles of lending, Bank’s procedures & Policies, Central Bank Regulations, wherever applicable to assess the quality and proper asset selection.>Review Credit proposals by addressing queries and preparing detailed proposals/memos covering all significant factors (Strengths & Risks) based on detailed Business, Financial, Collateral (Security), Industry & Management performance analysis for review and recommendation by approving authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.>Spreads and analyses financial statements; prepare cash flows, projections to generate Credit Risk Rating of the borrowers.>Monitoring of Credit Portfolio of both Advances (Loans) & Trade by way of different reporting>Provide advisory support to Credit/Relationship Managers on different Credit Issues including facility structuring, financial analysis, and other risk-mitigating factors.>Maintains Coordination with Credit Administration Department (CAD) for smooth processing of post-approval documentation.>Consolidation and dissemination of meeting data/presentations for Portfolio Meetings>Preparation of different kinds of MIS Reports for submission to Senior Management & Central Bank for monitoring & control purposes.
