I started off with a small organization as an initiation of my professional career as an executive and promoted to a responsible position where I had a hand over financial and administrative tasks I remained part of it for about three years and it helped me polish my potential to a great extent. Later, I joined one of the leading consulting firms and worked in its monitoring and evaluation department for around a year which was entirely a tremendous learning experience. Lately, Ive been working with a leading banking group of Pakistan in its Rejected-Review Unit Auto loan department I have been managing the RRU Team as a Team Lead.
Later, I had had an association with Bank Islami where I served as a regional coordinator in its auto finance department. The opportunity polished my potential in true sense. It had been a terrific span of time being associated with Bank Islami Pak. Ltd.
Recently, I have joined Service Quality Department as an OG-II / Service Quality Analyst and have been into the complaints management, branches' performance management and overall monitoring of the services being extended by the Bank.

- Overall team management i.e. Rejected Review Unit comprising of 15 members.
- Continuous coordination with all the 15 regions and resolve the issues pertaining to the rejected cases.
- Discussion with Credit Initiation Unit (CIU) head and fetch the decisions based on policy and financials.
- Arranging maximum approvals against the cases resolved and forwarded to Credit Initiation Unit.
- Coordinating with department head and share daily report.
- Maintain daily sales record and compile a monthly sales operations report, including sales forecasting.
- Managing, review and monitor the performance of RRU team and the regions as well.
- Oversee and manage rejected auto loan cases and contest wherever necessary with Credit Initiation Unit and the policy department as well.
- Provide back-end support to the sales teams related to resolutions of auto loan cases.
- Preparing daily report of the overall resolutions provided in the day and shared with all the regions.
- Regular field monitoring visits to the areas assigned by the management.
- Monitor and evaluate and report at the day end in shape of a daily report.
- Attend monthly meetings and present the monthly report in a joint meeting attended by the IPs
- Implementing Partners and the firms management.
- Coordinating with the IPs Implementing Partners, and sort their reservations and present the analysis of the field visits made on daily basis.
-To advise the rectifications whenever and wherever necessary.
- Review documentation keeping in mind the regulations to be followed.
