I have done my MS in Business Administration Management. My past experiences are related to Training and Implementation in telecom industry however, being a team lead of said department I am also looking after all training related matters of entire project. It has been seven years of my professional experience at PTCL in multi domains. Following are the major projects which have been completed in my super visioning and these projects play import role in Outbound Contact Centre. The extent of my knowledge significantly covers a broad range of administration and training skills in several key areas.
