Preparing BOQs of building construction projects.
Checking of contractor’s material submittals.
Reporting daily progress and other necessary documentation
Billing , Estimation,Drawing and Progress reporting of relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assessment, design, quantities estimation, billing of Flood protection walls, Irrigation Channel, Drinking water supply schemes (hand pumps, tube wells, dug wells), sanitation, Retrofitting and other community projects.
 Manage technical and engineering components related to the programs implemented in Peshawar region including the management of contractors.
 Assist the supervisor in designing architectural and structural drawings as well as create bills of quantity, material specifications list, and other technical documentation relating to infrastructure programming within Peshawar.
 Facilitate activities that assist government authorities to liaise with community leaders, individuals and groups to identify and prioritize community needs.
 Work with government and local authorities, leaders, individuals and groups to identify and implement selected community development projects.
 Identify appropriate mechanisms or vehicles to adapt structures and to tender bids from contractors or local labor.
 Assist supervisor to negotiate contracts or agreements with contractors, and assist in administration of grants.
 Supervise projects in coordination with government or local technical personnel and in collaboration with the program technicians and provide regular reporting regarding the status of projects.
 Maintain records in accordance with program standards.
 Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
 Retrofitting of damaged buildings (Ferro cement over lay, Grout Injection, Shear wall construction).

Key Responsibilities:
 Assessments of the flood Effected Schools for Rehabilitation & Reconstruction of Schools.
 Assessments of the flood Effected houses for Rehabilitation & Reconstruction of Permanent Shelters.
 Assessments of the flood Effected Irrigation systems (Bridges Cause ways Side walls etc…) for Rehabilitation & Reconstruction.
 Preparation of the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) & Supervision of the site and Implementation.
 Provide technical assistance and on job training to the beneficiaries of the project.
 Supporting Senior Engineer in Shelters & CPI Components Rehabilitation and Selection of sites.
 Working with staff for conducting house hold and community Infrastructure damage surveys, BOQs and costs for Rehabilitation and design of Shelters & CPI Components and Field Implementation.
 Ensure training of local communities to orient in building standards and requirements.
 Verification of the appropriate standards materials used in Shelters & CPI Components and Relief activities.
 Ensuring sound Shelters & CPI Components rehabilitation and monitoring progress against performance indicators.
 Prepare weekly and monthly schedule/work plan for technical/non-technical staff to better manage CFW Component.
 Work in close cooperation with all key stakeholders including government authorities, community leaders, beneficiaries, partner\'s organizations, and other providers of emergency relief.
 Ensure timely and efficient monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
 Identify Opportunities for new initiatives based on the indigenous knowledge of the communities
 Contribution to the development of shelters repair and construction standards for the organization.
 Assist in the design and Implementation of other complementary flood relief & Rehabilitation Intervention.
 Contribute to field based reports to senior staff and perform any other task assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
