My experience in call center industry over the past 3 years is very diverse(Inbound and Outbound). I have always worked in US Based projects, Starting from Charter Communications(Spectrum) for over 2 years. Following an US Based Skill Soft IT Campaign and many other US based projects. My willingness to learn has always put me to an advantage where i never stepped back from acquiring new concepts and ideas to work with.
