I am an experienced International Development Professional having more than 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of Program Development and Management, Governance, Public Policy Development/Reforms/Analysis, and Public Administration Reforms (PRA). Moreover, I have a degree in Public Policy and Governance from the University of Sydney and another in International Relations and Development from Quaid i Azam University.
Supervised, Coordinated, and Initiated 16 Policies and Governance Reforms including Acts, Policies, and Rules and Regulations for the government including Agriculture Policy, Livestock Policy, Industrial Policy, Entrepreneurship Policy, Commerce Policy, Trade and Investment Policy, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Strategy, Meat, Dairy, Leather, Tomatoes, Mangoes and Bananas Strategies for the Government of Sindh. Conceptualized facilitated in establishment of the Strategic Management Unit for Industries and Commerce Department with government funds allocation in the Annual Development Plan. Designed Sindh Livestock Advisory Council and designed and implemented a 1 million Dollar grant program to Sindh Food Authority, Sindh Institute of Animal Health Sciences, and Karachi University for the upgradation of laboratories.
I have been involved in the last 10 years in Strategic Planning, Program Design, and Implementation of the programs Nationally and Internationally.
Designed and managed over 15 million dollars in grants and projects for USAID, DAI, and UNDP. Led the process of institutionalizing the Policy and Reforms Regulatory Committee at the Provincial Level.

• Led education sector strengthening and revitalizing programs in Muzaffarabad and Manshera Regions.
• Worked with the team of more than 80 professionals of Implementing Partners and project staff. Managed activities of NRSP, SRSP and SUNGI organisation in two regions apart from regular project staff. Developed SOPs for IP partnership, negotiated and effectively partnered local organization.
• Led the process of designing and conducting baselines, developing monitoring and reporting formats such as financial and progress reports, frameworks for the performance of staff and education department officials and designed school development plans which was later adopted by other regions of project. Conducted trainings for the staff and communities on Parent Techer Councils roles and school development plans.
• Facilitated district governments of Muzaffarabad and Manshera in developing Management Information System for the education department. All records were digitalized, which led to replication of MIS in other districts of AJK and KPK.
• Conducted regular visits to the field and represented RISE project at Embassy of U.S.A and INGOs forum meetings.
• Initiated the process of sustainability roadmaps for the PTCs which was further replicated to the other working area of the USAID in Pakistan.
