Responsibilities:
Inventory management of department, arrangement of all material on the floor.
Reporting and detailed analysis of production.
Electric Arc Furnace lining work and inspection.
Ladle lining process and Ladle slide gate system (operation and changing system).
To manage man power according to work load.
Maintaining daily shift report.
Operation data collection and maintaining labor record.
Work related to Tundish i.e. spraying, patching and FNC mechanism etc.
Internee Engineer
Grid Casting Process, Powder production (Oxide Mill), Pasting Section,
Formation Hall, Curing and Drying Chambers and Assembly Line.

Project given to us included the observation for the Process development of Aluminum foundry, Gap Analysis of the area and Controlling Rejection rate for the production of CG 125. Our experimental work included multiple rotations of the sector, time noting of each and every casting operation being performed, analyzing the causes of rejection rate and thinking of new ideas to develop the management system of the foundry.
