Handling and responding Customer Complaints, Responding FCCM Alerts, STRs and MIS Maintenance.
Cheque book/debit Cards/ Dormants /unclaimed/Hold mail etc.
Meet assigned Deposit Target/Mobilization of NTBs and Cross Sales.
