Jobs Responsibilitie
Supervise the Maintenance Team to Ensure Safe, High Quality and on-time Delivery of Solutions.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Emergency Breakdown Maintenance on all Systems and Equipment Components.
Trouble shoots Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in case of shutdown and failure.
Routing Checkup of Production Machine Faults Troubleshooting and Autonomous Maintenance of Extruders, Mixers, Plastic testing Lab machines and Lab equipments.
Install, Inspect, Dismantle, Repair, and Reassemble all the Machinery and Equipment that are Scheduled for corrective.
Daily Checked up and Ensure all the machines starts & runs on time to achieve the production demands.
Repair and maintenance all installed electronic component such as VFD,HMI etc.
Strong ability to install and maintain motors, lighting fixtures, generators, circuit breakers, and transformers
Arrange machine parts for down time and preventive maintenance as well as to maintain preventive maintenance documents.
Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively.
Attending any emergency cases out of working hours.
Supports and recommends Preventative Maintenance programs for HVAC and Chiller systems.
Strong ability to Install and maintain motors, lighting fixtures,circuit breakers, and transformers.
