Responsibilities
Manage information technology and computer systems
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Manage and support 500 plus Nodes
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Air fibers configuration and management.
Switch management Mac binding.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Daily backup is performed and completed according to procedure.
Monitor the server windows and antivirus update.
Manage ERP software functional side and coordinate third party.
Manage POS (point of sale) & integration with FBR.
Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of the Company’s assets.
Manage Data ,file sharing and ,Domain servers on daily basis,
Check daily basis UPS backup and its health,
Manage CCTV 300 plus IP\'s cameras,
Maintain reliability of users’ accounts and data on the store file server.
Maintain the company documentation with the company standards.
Maintain the backup hardware, inventory and system users’ lists monthly,
Implementation of new IT projects (OUTLETS) to ensure delivery as per project plan.
Plan security and safety procedures to ensure all company data.
Make sure on daily basis the stability of the connectivity LAN via radio link and public network between sales & demands to avoid any error/
downtime in the operations timing.
Ensure minimal delay in all recovery procedures in order to minimize the impact on operations.
Maintain professional, efficient relationships with vendors and suppliers
