• Worked as a Manpower Recruitment Coordinator responsible for sourcing & Short listing all category CVs to SABIC & SADAR and all other Clients according to JDs through SAP. Scheduling interviews after coordinating with clients.
• Getting updates on selection of the candidates and providing Salary Offer and negotiate. Taking care of all Visa Processing and mobilization status with coordination of Visa Processing Team.
• Follow up with Client in regards to Purchase Request (PR) & Purchase Order (PO) after candidates’ mobilization in Kingdom.
• Actively Taking part in all SABIC Foreign Campaigns and short listing right candidates for interview.
• Collection of Time sheets after approval of Managers.

• Arranging Iqama and Vehicle for the approved Employees from SASREF.
• Arranging Tickets, Exit Reentry, Passports, and Settlements for the employees of vacation.
