Manage overall delivery of the branch.
ensure that customer are well looked after by the branch team by following the bank policies and procedures, by providing them personlized services with proper guidence
Act as focal point between the branch and Service standard and Quality function at Head office.
Ensure that the customers are timly intimated about the receving of their ATM cards and checquebook atc
Registered and keep a record of customer complaints.
Divertinf customers towards digital banking channels / gadgets available in the branch.
Ensure that all customer requests are timly processed by the branch team.
Conduct monthly service hurrdle in the branch
Liaise closly with the banking operations to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of the services
upkeep and service monitoring of other assign branches.
Any other task assign by Service Standard and Quality Assurance Management.
