Maintain on-going services smoothly to avoid customer escalations.
Working routinely on ZTE NMS, Huawei UMS, Nokia Alcatel AMS.
Strictly Monitoring equipment like MSAG/DSLAM, Snags and issues are forwarded toequipment hardware technical team.
Responsible for handling all queries regarding customer issues and escalations.
